By accessing or using the site or any service offered on the site you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions. Definitions

"Service" means any service offered via the Site, including (without limitation) discussion forum, blog, review and a request for proposal (RFP) service

Ownership & Copyright

The Site, including all Content, categories, tools and associated software used on or in the Site, or available via the Site is the property of Review Events Ltd. These works are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom and treaties around the world.

Accessing the Site

Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services we provide without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site or any Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users who have registered with us.

If you choose, or are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. The Services

Review Events Ltd enables users to submit and read reviews on venues, conference centres, hotels, business centres and suppliers, but makes no commitment to confirm, update, verify or warranty any Content on the Site. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Review Events Ltd does not make, support or endorse any claims regarding the accuracy or reliability of any Content or advertisements contained, distributed through, displayed on, linked to or downloaded from the Site, or for any Content, business information, products or Services featured on the Site.

Commentary and other materials posted on the Site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any user of the Site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its Contents.

The Site acts as a forum where any user of the Site can view a review of a business listing and users can post a review about a particular business listing. Review Events Ltd is not involved in any transaction concerning a venue, hotel, business centre, conference centre, or other business listed on the Site and any user of the Site or Service even though Review Events Ltd may from time to time facilitate a transaction (for example by providing tools such as direct booking). Consequently, the truth or accuracy of the listings (including any reviews), the existence of the business being listed, and any other matter relating to the business being listed is the responsibility of the user of the Site or Service to satisfy himself on. We cannot and do not guarantee the quality of any Service, products or Content displayed, purchased or obtained by you as a result of an advertisement or any other information on the Site. Your business dealings or correspondence and any terms and conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings are solely between you and such third party. Review Events Ltd is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort suffered as result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of third party advertisers on the Site. However, we do undertake to suspend or remove any listings or reviews where we have been informed of, or have otherwise become aware of, any reasonable grounds to do so in respect of a specific listing or review.

Review Events Ltd has used its reasonable commercial endeavours to check the data concerning business listings, pricing, text and photography is correct, but does not warrant or guarantee that such information is error free or up to date and disclaims liability and responsibility for any errors or omissions in its data, business listings, pricing, text or photography. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Review Events Ltd reserves the right, without obligation, to review/correct errors/omissions, make improvements to, or remove, business listings from any part of the Site.

Restrictions on Use

You are hereby authorised solely to view and to retain a copy of the pages of the Site for your own personal or internal business use. You are not permitted to use the Content or any part of the Site for commercial purposes and are not permitted to duplicate, publish, modify, or otherwise distribute the Content on the Site unless you are specifically authorised to do so in writing by Review Events Ltd.

In addition, you are not permitted to use the date to compile subsequent databases, lists or directories, or to contact the individuals or organisations featured on the Site in order to capture or verify this or any other source of data.

The use of www.reviewevents.com data as a source or target for direct marketing, telemarketing, electronic, viral or any other marketing activity on your, or someone else's behalf, is strictly prohibited.

Our Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

• All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise by implied by statute, common law or the law of equity;
• Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Site or Services, or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of the Site, the Services, any websites linked to it and Content posted on it, including without limitation any liability for:

This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury cased by our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If Review Events Ltd is unable to provide the contracted level of service for any reason outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to loss of service/outages, global conflict or acts of God, neither Review Events Ltd nor its owners and/or their agent or representative shall be liable.

Adding Content to www.reviewevents.com

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to the Site, or to make contact with other users of the Site, you must comply with the content standards set out in these terms and conditions. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with these standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.

Content Standards

• Contributions made to the Site are encouraged, providing they are made in a responsible manner and are in no way inaccurate, defamatory, misleading or illegal
• You may not post material that promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or which is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, in contempt of court, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable

Your name and email address will not be known, unless you with them to be, to the company/venue that takes your review.

Review Events Ltd takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content or Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto. In particular (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) Review Events Ltd is not liable for mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography, or profanity that you may encounter. You should note that we have no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any Content or contributions posted on the Site, however, we reserve the right to remove, screen or edit, without notice, any Content or contributions posted on the Site that is deemed by us to be inappropriate or inaccurate. We will also assist the police and other law enforcement officials with their investigations where appropriate, which may include giving them access to data posted by you and other information which we may hold. You should note that even where your registration is terminated or cancelled, the data we hold and/or which you have contributed may still be made available to such law enforcement officials or otherwise where we are subject to a legal obligation to disclose it.

Rights to User Content

You also grant other users of the Site the non-exclusive right to view and modify such Content without charge.

RFP Services

You may only use this Service to make legitimate enquiries and must not use it to make any speculative, false or fraudulent enquiries or any enquiry in anticipation of demand or as a form of market research to assist you in providing competing goods or services.

You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating any goods or services offered by third parties via the Site or Services. You acknowledge that any bookings or purchase of goods or services made by you through or via the Site or Services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party supplying the service and/or goods concerned and that we will not be party to or in any way responsible for or liable to you in respect any transaction between you and the third parties.
